Collection: Fantasy Art
This is not decorative art. It is identity rendered in ink and mythology.
Fantasy Art is the M2M collection for the buyer whose aesthetic lives in the space between folklore and fear. Not the sanitized version of mythology — the real one. The version where creatures are not monsters to be defeated but forces to be reckoned with. Wind that carries voices. Cold that kills before spring arrives. A rider on a road that should be empty. These stories survived centuries because they named something true. The designs in this collection are built to carry that weight.
The Dark Folklore Series anchors this collection. Fourteen creatures drawn from global folklore tradition — Irish, Algonquian, European, American — each one rendered in the full artistic register its mythology demands. Not illustrated. Not decorated. Built. Each creature embodies an environmental force. Each design carries a chest emblem and a full back print. Each release is a numbered edition available during a specific monthly window before returning to sold out status.
This is not seasonal. The Dark Folklore Series is a year-round identity collection for the buyer who lives in this aesthetic in August the same way they live in it in January. The rotation model means every month brings a new creature into its purchase window. A buyer who follows the series collects fourteen pieces of a mythology built from the ground up as a cohesive visual identity.
What Lives Here
Dark Folklore Series — Fourteen creatures in monthly rotation. Banshee and Dullahan open the series in August 2026. Wendigo follows in January 2027. Eleven more creatures follow in confirmed sequence. Each one specific. Each one earned.
This collection grows as the Dark Folklore Series develops and as additional artistic directions prove strong enough to earn a place alongside it. Nothing is added because it fits a category. Everything is added because a specific buyer exists who needs to see themselves in it.

Every culture built its monsters for a reason.
Not to frighten children — though they did that too. To name the things that could not otherwise be named. The cold that kills before spring arrives. The wind that carries voices no living person sent. The rider who appears on roads that should be empty. These creatures are not superstition. They are the visual language of forces so real and so large that mythology was the only container that could hold them.
The Dark Folklore Series exists because that language deserves artwork built to match it.
The Dark Folklore Series
Fourteen creatures. Each one drawn from global folklore tradition. Each one rendered in the full artistic register the mythology demands. Not illustrated. Not decorated. Built. Every creature embodies an environmental force rather than occupying a setting, and every design carries across a full range of goods: numbered-edition t-shirt and hoodie, garden banner, wall poster, insulated tumbler, and coffee mug — plus a shared collector's mark sticker carrying the series emblem itself.
This is not a Halloween collection. It is a year-round identity collection for the buyer who lives in this aesthetic every month of the calendar.
What Lives Here
Eight creatures are fully built and live across the series today, each carrying its own artwork across the full product range. The buyer who collects the full series collects eight distinct mythologies, rendered across every object built to carry them.
Banshee — The Wailing One: Irish folklore. Wind. The death herald whose scream announces what is already decided.
Dullahan — The Headless Harbinger: Irish folklore. Finality. The headless rider who carries his own skull as a lantern and stops for no gate.
Forest Witch — The Hollow Crone: Folk horror. Territory. The guardian who has kept her wood longer than any deed or fence line.
Grim Reaper — The Final Harvester: Universal folklore. Time. The figure that comes for kings and for nobody on a calendar no one else can read.
Headless Horseman — The Galloping Doom: American folklore. Pursuit. The rider who gallops down anyone who lingers too long on Halloween's oldest night.
Krampus — The Yuletide Punisher: Alpine folklore. Punishment. The counterweight to every gentler version of the holiday season.
Mothman — The Prophet of Calamity: Appalachian folklore. Warning. Point Pleasant, 1966 — the horror was never what it did, but what followed after.
Wendigo — The Hungering Shadow: Algonquian folklore. Cold. The winter famine spirit whose hunger outlasts every season that tries to end it.
Upcoming in the Series
Baba Yaga, Black Shuck, Death Crow, Kelpie, Plague Doctor, and Raven Queen complete the fourteen-creature roster. Release dates are announced as each creature enters production.
Release Model
The numbered-edition t-shirt is the one piece in each creature's range that runs on a rotation: on sale for its designated month, then returning to sold-out status until the following year, each unit inside that window individually numbered. Every other piece in the range — hoodie, banner, poster, tumbler, mug — stays available on its own standing schedule, not tied to the shirt's rotation.
A buyer who follows the series knows which creature's numbered edition is active, which is coming next, and which they missed — and has the option to wait for the rotation to bring it back.
What Collecting This Series Means
No two creatures share a register. Banshee is wind and grief. Wendigo is cold and hunger. Dullahan is finality and procedure. The series holds together because each creature is specific — and specificity is the only standard that matters here.
The buyer who wears a Banshee does not wear it because they like horror art in general. They wear it because the Banshee specifically speaks to something they recognize. That is the standard every creature in this series is built to meet.
Pair with Horror
The buyer who arrives at Fantasy Art through the Dark Folklore Series often belongs equally in the Horror collection — identity-driven horror artwork for the buyer who wears that aesthetic year-round beyond the folklore register. Both collections are part of Art and Aesthetics, M2M's home for identity-driven artwork built at the darker end of the aesthetic spectrum.
This collection grows as the Dark Folklore Series develops and as additional artistic directions earn their place alongside it. Nothing is added because it fits a category. Everything is added because a specific buyer exists who needs to see themselves in it.
